About
We built AgenticFort because security should enable AI, not block it.
Too many organizations face a false choice: block AI entirely and fall behind, or adopt it recklessly and create massive data exposure. We built the third path — secure enablement that lets regulated organizations harness AI without compromising the standards they spent decades building.
Our story
The pattern we kept seeing.
AgenticFort was founded in 2024 by a group of IT leaders, security architects, and AI engineers who’d spent years inside regulated businesses. Across every industry we touched, we saw the same pattern: organizations were caught between two untenable positions.
On one side, security teams were blocking AI tools entirely — issuing blanket bans on ChatGPT, Copilot, and every other AI assistant. They were right to be cautious: those tools had no data isolation, no access controls, no audit trails. But the ban came at a cost. Analysts who could have processed documents in minutes were still spending hours. The competitive gap widened every quarter.
On the other side, business teams were quietly using public AI anyway — pasting confidential documents into chatbots running on someone else’s infrastructure. The exposure was happening with or without the security team’s permission.
The third path
We started with a simple principle: if an AI system handles sensitive data, its security model has to be at least as rigorous as the data classification it serves.
AgenticFort is the result. An enterprise AI platform where zone isolation, just-in-time access, federation, and compliance auditing aren’t features — they’re the foundation. Built to ship as hardware you own, run inside your network, and stay there.
Headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey.
What we believe
Four principles that shape every decision.
Security first
We build for the most demanding environments on earth. We never ship a feature that weakens the security boundary, no matter how much convenience it would add.
Zero trust, always
No implicit trust, ever. Every access decision is verified against current permissions, logged with full context, and auditable. Permissions are granted just-in-time and revoked automatically.
Compliance as code
Regulatory requirements are built into the platform architecture, not bolted on as checklists. Audit trails, data lineage, and explainability are core infrastructure.
Open architecture
Federation, APIs, and extensibility are first-class features. We integrate with your existing security stack, identity providers, and compliance tooling. AgenticFort adapts to your infrastructure — not the other way around.
The people behind AgenticFort.
A small, deeply experienced team. Decades in IT leadership, defense cybersecurity, AI engineering, and enterprise software — building what we wished had existed when we were on the other side of the problem.
